We collect information you provide when requesting access or creating an account, including your name and email address. When you connect Gmail, we store OAuth tokens, email metadata, and behavioral signals (how you file and respond to emails) to power Kaji's automation.
We use your data to provide and improve the Kaji service, including training your personal voice model for draft generation and learning your filing behavior. We do not sell your data or use it to train general AI models shared across users.
Kaji's use of Gmail data is limited to what is necessary to provide the service you requested. We store only email metadata and sent samples that you have explicitly allowed. You may disconnect Gmail and request deletion of all associated data at any time.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion or revocation, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
We use industry-standard encryption and secure practices to protect your data. Access tokens are stored encrypted. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Kaji uses Neon (database), Resend (email), and Google (Gmail API). Each has their own privacy policies governing their handling of data.
